You can get money from Tournaments or Winning Battles or Contests.
Battles earn money this way:
(x+a+b+c)(100)=z
X, a, b, c=pokemon lvs
z= total
Example: your pokemons Lvs that battled 10, 12, 5, 100,
opponents pkmn that battled 3, 10, 60,
3+5+10+10+12+60+100=200(100)=20000
